Mervyn Scase, formally of Eastern Hose Ipswich, has joined the AgriHire team as Hydraulics Manager to strengthen and expand their hydraulic department – AgriHose. Mervyn brings with him over 30 years of knowledge and experience within the hydraulic industry and is widely known throughout East Anglia for his expertise.

Located on the outskirts of Ipswich, 5 minutes from the A14, AgriHire opened their new purpose built 1500m2 facility in 2019 which includes a large retail shop offering a broad range of goods to customers. During the development stage, AgriHose was always intended to grow organically within this new setting. Having recently already taken on new members of staff to help strengthen AgriHire’s transmission and parts department, AgriHose will complement these sides of the business.

AgriHire has always insisted on using the best components on all of its products and with the expansion of AgriHose, they are now able to offer the best in hydraulics and hose solutions to other manufacturers and end users alike who value quality products supplied by professional and knowledgeable staff backed up with large stock levels.

Working alongside AgriHire’s existing spare parts department, Mervyn and the team can supply customers while they wait; hydraulic hoses, connections, fittings, filters, lubricants, hydraulic cylinders and much more – they can also send nationwide using next day couriers.
